Overall the 4 Day Trip in the Grand Canyon was amazing. It's the only way to see the fantastic scenery, just soaked it all in. They discribe it an Expedition and that is what it is. Not for faint of heart or if you do not like warm weather, or shy in any way. We hit the weather perfectly, lower 90's during the day and around 60 degrees at night. The stars and the moon in the late evening was breathtaking, did not want to fall asleep, but of course that was not a problem. However if you are looking for major whitewater, the lower half is not it, quite a bit of slow water, but it was very cold and refreashing. What rapids there were, were cool. I looked at the whole experience, the river was just a plus. Food was incredible, you will not be hungry and that is all I am saying about that. If you go, you will enjoy it very much. I went with my son, two nephews and brother-in-law, great family experence.
