Online Reservations

Reserving your trip online is simple and secure. Just follow the four steps below. If you'd like to talk to a reservationist about which trip is right for you, please call us at 866-904-1160 or 801-942-6669.

1. Trip Selection - You'll select your vacation, the month in which you wish to travel, and the number of passengers in your group. You will then be given a list of available dates that match your criteria. You can, at any point, go back and change your selection.

2. Passenger Information - Here you will enter each passenger's name and information in your group. You will also select a place of departure for your group if two or more options are given on a trip.

3. Billing Information - All personal information entered will be submitted and encrypted through a secure server. An initial deposit of $300 per person will be required for all trips to secure your space. You will be given the option of paying the balance directly to our office 90 days prior to departure or you can choose to automatically bill your credit card. Further details will be explained in step 3.

4. Review and Confirmation - You will receive a printable review of your trip selection, reservation number, passenger information, and billing summary. A confirmation packet with additional trip details will be mailed to you immediately.

Western River Expeditions accepts online payments using Visa, Mastercard, Discover Card, and American Express.
