Colorado River Adventures
Just what the doctor ordered, a Colorado River adventure.
The trip almost didn't happen. When I arrived at the hotel in the morning of the trip I was informed that the other guests on the trip had never arrived. I was the only guest for the trip. I was offered another day or to continue on the the trip by myself which I did. Since I was the only guest they had three of their employees go and two river guides. The two days on the river was cold, windy, overcast, and light rain but the weather didn't ruin the trip. I saw some beautiful country, Indian artifacts, met some really fine people, learned the history and geology of the Cataract Canyon.
The food was great and Nick and Daniel were excellent cooks! Both river guides Daniel and Nick were very experienced, professional and made the trip a whole lotta fun!
Going through the rapids was a blast and made you feel alive! I would recommend this trip to anyone that wants to experience white water and have a trip you'll never forget.
