My trip through the Grand Canyon on the Colorado River was beyond words. It is impossible to tell someone who has never been there what it is like. I went with three other ladies in September of 2007 for a seven-day trip. I loved every minute of it. This picture was made after I climbed up a mountain of sand at one of our campsites for a view down to the river. I love to travel and always have to tell about this trip when talking to others.
