Absolutely Amazing Colorado River Adventure, It Exceeded All My Expectations!
Where to start...Bonnie and Lori were awesome from the start...making the reservation for the trip to paying for it was absolutely easy and any questions were handled the day we had the question..they were absolutely amazing.
The Marriott Inn staff was also great and checking in the morning of the trip was a great experience as well and very informative.
The plane ride was awesome and the staff at Marble Canyon were great as we called and asked for specific beer for the trip and they came through and had it there when we arrived.
Then we met our guides....I can't put into words the experience that Corey, R.D., Keefer, and Wren made sure that our river trip was! There was never a time where my family and myself felt that they were just going through the motions of their jobs. Each and every one of them is extremely passionate and knowledgeable about what they do! Any question, any problem they were right there to help in any way that they could.
The food, let's see how can I explain about the food, oh I know, absolutely amazing that's how!
The stops and sights were unbelievable and the history that our guides provided were incredible! They made sure that our trip was one to remember and be the best vacation my family and I have taken.
The rapids were awesome as there was a great mix of 2-4's as well as breath taking 8-10's! I could go on and on but I will finish by saying if you are considering running the Colorado River through the Grand Canyon, you will find no better outfit to do it with than Western River Expeditions and if you are lucky enough, you will get the four guides that we had, Corey, R.D., Keefer, and Wren!
Gentlemen, my hat is off to you 4 guys for making this a trip that we will never forget and will be doing again in the near future as a private group. You can bet the ranch that we will request you for this trip. Thanks, Western River for the great experience!!!
