Colorado River Adventures
The six day Grand Canyon trip on the Colorado River was fantastic, unbelievably beautiful, enlightening, and fun.
We started with a large group of friends and then met a few more on our boat. In a very short time we were good friends with everyone on both boats. I give our guides Paul and Greg Newton most of the credit. They were informative, interesting and a lot of fun.
Rapids, stopping at waterfalls, Havasu Canyon, swimming in the little Colorado.... all incredible. Not being much of a camper, the cots and outdoor living were great. The Big Dipper overhead every night! You pack everything in and everything out. How they do it is beyond me. Two very functional toilets and food beyond belief. Huge gourmet meals and great coffee every morning.
I would put this in the top 2 or 3 vacations we have ever taken. Highly recommend it!
