The professionalism and attention of the Western River staff throughout the whole reservation experience was exceptional. They addressed every concern and made sure all bases were covered. Since I was traveling with my grandson, their great care to make sure all bases were covered was especially important. Everything was handled perfectly and the staff couldn't have been any more helpful or professional!

Every guide and employee was professional and pleasant; they kept us informed every step of the way. They took every opportunity to make sure all of us had the trip of a lifetime.
From start to finish a thoroughly enjoyable experience, due to the personal attention paid by the staff to ensure the trip of a lifetime for all passengers. The Western River guides knew everyone's name from the get-go and had taken the time to read the applications to know individual interests and concerns. It is rare to have a company strive to make a total experience geared to the passengers individually. I have already recommended this trip to several friends.
