Exceptional River Guides
The guides made all the difference in the world. Good food, fun side trips, easy set up -- all of this would be of little note if it were not for the excellent way your guides interacted with the clientele. Jordan in particular, as the new man on the boat, went out of his way to get to know each and every one of us and made us all feel special. Ben has so much knowledge of the canyon and shared his stories with us at every opportunity. Chappy was full of life and fun and ran the official "hospital" taking care of our minor medical problems with expert knowledge. Gonzo filled out the team with his great sense of humor. These guys are wonderful. Full of knowledge, personable and helpful in every instance. Not to mention the many "saves" done. Thanks Ben, Chappy, Gonzo and Jordan. Exceptional team! I would warn people to take clothing that they wont mind discarding when they get home. The river was quite muddy and my new white shirt is done for.
