Our family took the 6 day/5 night trip down the Grand Canyon.
I have been so impressed with all aspects of Western River Expeditions, from reserving and paying for our trip, to pre-travel information via emails/videos/itineraries/what to pack info, to coordinating all of the logistics of arriving and departing the river. Western River Expeditions is simply outstanding in all areas.
Our guides were R.D., Keifer, Mickey and Mackay. Wow, what phenomenal human beings they all are. They were so informative, helpful, positive, personable and provided us with a perfect trip. I am in awe of them. They ensured our safety, cooked great meals, told us stories and historical facts about the Grand Canyon, and always guided us with a smile and "can-do" attitude. You spend a lot of time with your guides, many hours a day, so it's important that you have great people who can get along with their clientele and have fun, as well as make sure everything is running smoothly and safely. They worked so hard to provide us with an experience of a lifetime. I would HIGHLY recommend Western River and definitely will in the future. Thank you for making our dream come true! It was absolutely perfect.
