Family Adventures – Beautiful On So Many Levels 💙
We booked this family trip to spend six amazing days in the Grand Canyon with our daughters who have both been away at university. It was fantastic to be completely disconnected from the world and to spend quality time together. Our guides (Lindsay and Jace) were incredible. They made the trip exceptional for all of us (not just our family but all 18 of us on the boat). Not only are they knowledgeable river guides but they are also educators, chefs, first responders, musicians and story tellers. They were fun, informative and entertaining and we’d 100 percent request them again. What they do for their guests is nothing short of AMAZING.
Seeing the Grand Canyon from the river level is beautiful and to be able to share the experience with family made for one of the best trips we’ve ever taken. We laughed ourselves silly and learned new things everyday. In addition to the many sets of rapids on the river, Lindsay and Jace led us on mini hikes each day that took us to waterfalls, interesting places and channel canyons that we’re absolutely stunning. We are grateful for the time we got to spend together on our Western River Expedition. We’d do it again in a heartbeat ♥️
