Far Exceeded Expectations! Main Salmon River Rafting

This was our first multi-day rafting trip so we chose low water season as a trial. We found the Main Salmon River trip out of Idaho in August to be fantastic.
Although there were long stretches of slow water (what's not to like when you can play and swim in warm water on a bright sunny day?) there were still very interesting and challenging rapids.
We thought the guides were just wonderful in every way. They clearly understand how to meet every need. They went above and beyond assisting and anticipating our needs.
The food was amazing (who ever heard of baking a cake in a Dutch oven while on the river?) Our only negative comment was out of their control-too many bees that liked us and our food this season. Apparently this was an anomaly.
We would highly recommend this rafting trip on the Main Salmon. We look forward to our next rafting trip.
