More Than Fantastic!!! – Grand Canyon Vacations

We were inspired to visit the Grand Canyon in part from Ken Burn's documentary on the National Parks. We found Western River on the Internet and got serveral very good recommendations. The trip was absolutely awesome.

The reservation process was easy and the people we dealt with were all very nice and knowledgeable.

Our trip expectations were consistently exceeded. The food was always great and plentlyful and served with a smile and good humor. In fact, we really couldn't believe such great food could be served out in the "wild."

And we just didn't float down the Colorado River. We learned about geology and the pioneers who first lived and explored the Grand Canyon.

Our four guides really made the trip special. They worked very hard to make sure we were safe, understood what was ahead of us, answered our questions, entertained us, educated us and accommodated our special requests. Our 20 year-old-son is blind. The guides embraced him as a person and did everything possible to make sure he had fun too.

Before our trip, our 16 year-old-daughter really didn't want to go. On the way home home I asked her how this ranked as a family trip. She said it was the best ever! It really was wonderful. Western River has the highest endorsement.
