Trip of a lifetime! Rafting in Utah
Trip of a lifetime sounds like a cliche -- but this rafting trip truly was unparalleled. We loved, loved, loved every aspect of it. The guides were amazing, the food was excellent, the other participants were interesting and fun to get to know.
The desert has an appeal like no other landscape. The scenic flight up to the put-in was gorgeous. We saw so much wildlife on the trip (bears, coyote, beaver, deer, bald eagles, hummingbirds, bighorn sheep, lizards, great blue herons), enjoyed both the rapids and the quieter parts of the river and loved camping out under the full moon. I'd take another trip with Western River in a heartbeat.
