The trip information on the Internet was informative and the reservation process went smoothly. The information was helpful, and the list of items suggested for the trip was accurate. Erik was knowledgeable and entertaining. We had another employee (Makel) along for training and she was helpful and provided support for Erik which allowed us to talk with Erik about the surroundings during the trip.
