Our family of 10 came for the first personal view of the Grand Canyon for 9. I, myself, took this same trip 35 years ago and knew our family “needed” to also. In-law kids + 3 college grandkids. The Bar 10 has added more pleasantries since then—a pickleball court, 4-wheelers, horses to ride, and more wagons to sleep in. And you can’t beat the flight over Lake Mead and the Hoover Dam in private air or the helicopter drop onto the riverside to board the raft. The ENTIRE trip by Western River is incredibly coordinated. It’s the best way to see the American natural wonder of the world, the Grand Canyon. And the guide on our raft, Kaden, was a wealth of historical information about the Canyon and its formations. Our family loved it all—even camping out, which we never do!
