Take one family that grew up camping across the US and Canada, add 2 children ready for their first big camping adventure, add 5 of the BEST humans you'll ever meet as river guides through the breathtaking Desolation Canyon and you have a recipe for something magical!!
We rafted 84 miles, swam rapids, hiked ruins, ate like kings, remembered how to backflip (check out the photo), made new friends, laughed until our sides hurt and created memories to last a lifetime. The jokes were endless. The surprises constant. Nature awe inspiring. From sunrise to sunset, every moment was nothing short of spectacular. It was hot. It was dirty. It was challenging at times. It was exhilarating. It was absolutely perfect!
If you ever get the opportunity to adventure with Riley, Coulson, Beans, Liam, and Naomi - take it!! We already wish we were back on the river!
