This trip was my dad’s idea. He always loved the Grand Canyon. But life works in mysterious ways, and he passed away before he could do it. His last wish was for my siblings and me to go on this adventure and spread his ashes in that magical place.

So off we went! We booked the trip knowing it would be special, but it was not beyond our imagination! It was, for me, a life-changing experience—so intense that I’m having a hard time adjusting to normal life.

I’ve completely hooked up on the river life: load, set up, laugh, reload, ride, get wet, repeat.

The whole Western river logistics and how they operate is mind-blowing! I mean, we had ice cream on the last night! Not to mention the epic wraps for lunch and the Michellin-starred cooking meals. The guides were legends—absolute magicians! They were prepared, knew exactly what they were doing, were fun, passionate about the Canyon, and so caring! They are someone you want to have for the rest of your life taking care of you!

Yes, I’m in love with river life, the Grand Canyon, camping under the stars, and cold river baths.

You can’t possibly think you are living life if you haven’t done this trip.
