Wow! I still can't believe that we went on this trip and witnessed the majesty and grandeur of one of the world's seven wonders! The Bar 10 Ranch was a great introduction to being out west (we're from Florida) and a precursor to the Grand Canyon. It was an excellent opportunity for us to acclimate to the heat. It was a lovely time with so many activities, we really enjoyed it. And then, the next day, the Grand Canyon just blew our minds.
No words do this experience justice. I am still perplexed at the immensity and desolation of the Canyon. Our guides (Ben, Tiffany, Mark & Newty) were top-notch; they offered so much history of the canyon, provided amazing meals, and were just so much fun to be around during our trip patiently answering all questions and guiding us through the grandeur of the canyon and side hikes.
All the participants on this adventure were also great people; we really had an awesome group! This was a once-in-a-lifetime trip for us and I am so grateful for having chosen an amazing outfit like Western River Expeditions to guide us in making this life-long memory. Thank you WRE, and maybe, just maybe, we may see y'all again! Cheers!
