I have been running rivers for more than 35 years. I own my own raft and a number of inflatable kayaks. I have done many rafting trips in places like, Westwater Canyon, Desolation Canyon, Gates of Ladore, the Moab daily, Payette, Snake River and so on. My trip down the Colorado River in the Grand Canyon was the first commercial river trip I have done.
I was expecting a great experience but I didn't know how much fun it would really be. It was so nice to leave the equipment hassles, gear set up, cooking, planning, scouting rapids, etc, etc., to the professionals!
Our guides worked very hard to make sure we had a great experience! They were true professionals in every way. It gave me the chance to not worry about all the logistics and just have fun with my friends and family in a beautiful place!
Needless to say... it was a great experience!!!
