My Dad took me and my brother on a rafting trip in Utah on the Colorado River in Cataract Canyon in 1973.
On the left, is a picture from the campsite on the first night. My wife and I took the same trip in 2011 and on the right, is a picture from the camp on the first night.
Looks like almost the same spot, in 1973 it was late in the season and I think we were camped on a sandbar. In 2011 it was a high water year and we camped up against the side.
