I took this trip with 3 of my high school girlfriends for our 50th birthdays. Once a year we have always done something "exciting" to work the bucket list. This Grand Canyon vacation was number one on the bucket list. We researched and planned……made phone calls to Western River…..and it ended up being the most amazing thing I've ever done.
I've been to the Grand Canyon twice before, once as a child then once again as a 23 year old, but I had never seen it from the river before.
My husband and I are celebrating our 30th anniversary this year and I am hoping to surprise him with this trip. I want him to be able to share this amazing experience with me.
