This is a picture of Steve and Sal on our Grand Canyon river trip, total strangers just a few days earlier! It is amazing what the river and this experience can do to all of us. We met so many great people (including our guides) many of whom we keep in touch with to this day! Spending time with great people in the great outdoors was a wonderful combination. I started the week putting my tent up every night and quickly found myself sleeping on my cot with no tent, watching the night sky change before me, fighting to stay awake to not miss one magical moment.
