Expand Your Bucket List – Add a Rafting Adventure in the Grand Canyon!

A wilderness vacation has never even crossed my Bucket List, nor has sleeping multiple nights in a tent or bathing in a cold, rushing river. Yet, in a mere 6 (let me say, too short) days, I can totally say it was the most incredible, adventurous experience I will ever have!
Western River Expeditions provided our group of 15 with a trip full of excitement, contemplated and prepared for every detail and more than fulfilled all of our hopes for a fabulous vacation!
Our trip and raft leaders, Evan and Newty, were knowledgeable and passionate about the Grand Canyon and the Colorado River and their histories and happily answered a barrage of our questions. Ultimately, they were concerned with our safety, as well as with our fun, while cooking like gourmet chefs and, overall, becoming our friends. Their hospitality and professionalism was unparalleled and I can easily say, Evan and Newty made us all share their love and passion for the entire Grand Canyon experience.
The rafting trip itself is physically challenging and exciting and provided access to the beauty of the Canyon that could be seen no other way. The spectacular beauty can not be condensed into simple words, it must be seen to be believed.
In reflecting on our recent expedition with great friends, both old and new, I can easily say, put this trip with Western River Expeditions on your Bucket List! You will have the trip of a lifetime!!
