Grand Canyon Whitewater Rafting
When my husband told me of this Grand Canyon whitewater rafting trip, I was more than a little apprehensive; I'd seen too many videos of whitewater rafting where people had been thrown off of rafts and I was not a camper. In regards to the former, the rafts provided were safer than most cars. And as far as the latter, it was fantastic to sleep out under the stars, bug free, and to have guides who took so much interest in our safety and comfort.
The Western River guides also made everything fun; the cook outs, the hikes, the history and geologic lessons, even the outdoor potty system!
A huge thank you to Evan, Lat, Mickey and Sam. Because of them, I'd love to go again and experience the beauty of the Grand Canyon.
