“Life Changing” – Rafting the Grand Canyon

It was hard to find the words to describe this trip. The beauty of the Grand Canyon walls towering over us, the rush of the water over great boulders that had once fallen from the canyon walls. The reminder that there is something much bigger than all of us out there.

Maybe it was the leaving behind of all electronic devices, or the crisp clean air, or the icy waters splashed over us as the Western River Guide would yell "suck rubber". It was so many things, not just one!

So we return to our busy, hectic lives, recalling the great friendships we made and the change that occurred within us. There is no doubt that whatever it was that appealed to us on this Grand Canyon whitewater rafting trip, it would be forever burned in our memory!

The Grand Canyon walls told its story, one that will never be forgotten. Looking forward to the next one!
