Nothing Can Be Described In Pictures Or Words, You Have To Just DO IT – Grand Canyon Vacations

There is NO way to describe the Western River guides, they are just the BEST!  They know what they are doing and do their job with such skill and grace, it is amazing.

The Colorado River whitewater rapids were much larger than anything I expected, and the water was muddy, but that made no difference.

The scenery cannot be described, you see pictures of the Grand Canyon but that does not do it justice, you just have to see it for yourself. And the guides know so much history, it was a very educational trip as well. I learned a lot.

And the food, well what can I say, I told the guides that I expected to eat army rations for the week, and instead they fed us (3) meals a day that were fit for a king! I told them it was absurd that I go camping and rafting for a week and have to come home and join my sister-in-law's weight watcher program. That pretty much describes the food.

Like I said, I am a 63 year old woman, and it was the most adventurous and fun vacation I have ever had or will probably get to have in my life. But it is not a trip for the frail or the faint of heart believe you me.

The only way to describe it, is JUST DO IT!
