Rafting the Grand Canyon
This Grand Canyon rafting trip provided exciting rapids, gorgeous scenery, wonderful side hikes, great food and a fabulous group of interesting and knowledgeable guides (Lucky, Jason, Joe and Steve).
I felt a bit scared of the challenging big rapids but had a great ride each time. Lucky steered us through perfectly and Jason prepared us well.
We went in April so the river was green and the weather was perfect. Sleeping under the stars was a great experience. Joe’s morning poems were thought provoking and recited perfectly. The helicopter ride and the 9 seater Cessna topped off what was a great trip. It was a great privilege to see the Grand Canyon by river, land and air. Definitely a trip of a lifetime!
