Rafting the Grand Canyon
Our Colorado River-Grand Canyon rafting experience was the trip of a lifetime. The stars, the guides, the excitement of big water and rapids, making new friends, the physicality of camping, good food, beautiful hikes with waterfalls and petroglyphs, warm winds blowing through tall canyon walls with very cold water washing over us, ... amazing.
The guides were fun, knowledgeable, strong, positive, and sure footed. We felt like we were in experienced good/kind hands. It was remarkable to travel through ages of time and history with stories shared by our guides of days gone by. The specialness of this place was not lost and we were honored to share in the adventure of those brave souls who faced and traveled the grandeur of the Grand Canyon in days gone by.
Always, I will be grateful to have had this experience of absorbing a small piece of our planet filled with the splendor and majesty of God.
