I have been wanting to raft the Grand Canyon this for a few years now. Things finally fell into place and it happened! And I'm so glad it did. Rafting the Grand Canyon is probably the most exciting thing I've done and that includes jumping out of a perfectly good plane!
The camaraderie of the group was so cool. We were so lucky to have a great group. Hopefully, they are friends we will have for years to come.
The Bar 10 Ranch was great - the ranch hands and cowboys were so nice. The Western River guides on the boats were the best - very patient with us, very knowledgeable about the canyon and you could tell they had great respect for it. The scenery, the wildlife, the excitement of the rapids - so awesome. I would do this every year if I could!
