Totally worth checking off your bucket list!! – Grand Canyon Rafting

I have lived in and loved Arizona for nearly 30 years and have ALWAYS wanted to raft the Grand Canyon . . . Western River Expeditions made this the trip of a lifetime from courteous and helpful reservations to FANTASTIC guides!! Rafting 188 miles of the Colorado through the Grand Canyon in June was made even more enjoyable by our guides, Haley, Joe, Scott, and Mark. Their knowlege of the canyon and their ability to make this old lady comfortable climbing, swimming, eating, and sleeping was extraordinary! They provided great fresh food, simply, but deliciously prepared, culminating with a special "formal" dinner our last night in the canyon.

The peace, beauty and company on this trip were uncomparable. The day hikes into side canyons and streams were unique and refreshing! This trip is not for sissies . . .the rapids were thrilling; the weather was challenging and the environment can be harsh. Western River Expeditions did their best to allievate all my concerns and make this the greatest adventure trip EVER!
