Absolutely Thrilled With Every Aspect of the Trip

This trip was a family trip with my husband and our teen children, my mother, and my brother and his fiancé. Our entire party was absolutely thrilled with every aspect of the trip, and I can't say enough about how wonderful the guides were. We felt safe and secure, learned so much about the geology, plants, wildlife, and lore of the canyon - especially from our guide Kelly. The food was tasty, healthy, and fresh, and the guides made it seem so effortless to accommodate our every need.

The sights were indescribably beautiful; the sky at night was so gorgeous. The rapids on this lower part of the river were exciting, but there was enough flat water to allow us to relax and enjoy the views and learn about the river and the canyon. We also got to jump off a small cliff near Pumpkin Springs, and hike/climb up to see a waterfall near Travertine Falls.

Besides our friendly guides, we met some really lovely fellow travelers on our trip. I would recommend this trip to anyone who wants to have a grand adventure without the rigors of paddling and packing your own food/gear.
