Mile 100 - Nixon Rock

Lying to the right and tricky to the left, Nixon Rock is a apartment sized chunk of Granite which breaks the current into two channels. Most boats choose to run left, but when the water is low, the right side often presents the best option. Below Nixon is the much smaller and pointed Spiro Agnew Rock, lying in wait to snag the unsuspecting boater.
