2nd Trip – Awesome
I did this same trip with Western 19 years ago along with our oldest son and have always wanted to share it with my wife and friends. We had the chance to do it this year (7 of us) and it was even better than I remembered it.
The Grand Canyon was more awesome and beautiful than my memories (as expected) and Western continues to find ways to make little improvements around the edges to make the experience ever better. (Little path lights to find the toilet at night:)) It is clear that Western interviews and hires guides that are naturally service and people oriented who also have great leadership skills. The canyon will be the same for generations to come but the Western guide teams are what really separate a Western trip from all others. We were guided, educated, fed, led and cared for in an amazing way!
I will continue to heartily recommend this trip and Western to everyone!!
