56 Years Old and Thats the Best Trip and Adventure of My Life .. Says it All!
To quote an American phrase .. that was absolutely "Awesome" I spent 10 wonderful days rafting by day and camping at night having booked the 7 and 4 day Grand Canyon trips together. Booking the 2 together is the best decision I have ever made, from time of booking a year ago right up to the trip and even the days and weeks following Western has been superb.
What an experience, an adventure of a life time, absolutely wonderful. Doesn't matter whether you are a kid of 12 or in your seventies, and we had both on our trip. I never thought the two could laugh and be so excited and have so much fun together. The whole group become one and shared the adventure of a lifetime, made many friends, swapped stories and now have memories that I will never forget.
Amazing guides, amazing food, staggering scenery, helicopter trips in and out of the canyon, 1 hr flight from LV to Marble Canyon in a small 10 seater aircraft, fantastic. Wonderful hikes, rafting during the day at 8mph and camping at night watching the billions of stars, not to mention the ones that were shooting across the sky. Even had steak and ice-cream on the last day (7-day trip).
No amount of words, pictures or reviews will prepare you for what has to be described as a truly out of this world experience and adventure. I thought before I went it was going to be a tick of the bucket list but I never really imagined to just what extent.
