A wonderful adventure that exceeded expectations
I was hesitent about going since I had a bad experience with a rafting trip I had taken years earlier. However my brother-in law really wanted us as a family to go, so I agreed to the trip. I am not a camper but really enjoyed sleeping out in the canyon with all the stars above. The scenery was breathtaking. Every bend in the river gave new glimpses of the colors and majesty of this canyon. Our guides on our boat, Ben and Lindsey, made the rafting exciting but made me feel safe. I even rode in the front for Lava Falls rapid on the last day! My niece and nephew were impressed since they knew my trepidations about rafting. Our Guides Ben and Lindsey were outstanding and were full of information, fun and genuinely nice, and helpful.. The companion raft's guides Ronnie and Jeff were similarly superb. And they all cooked amazing meals!! What great food. I can't believe the meals they created for us each day. Even Bananas Foster for dessert. Our guides made the trip memorable!
