The Best Vacation I’ve Had in a Long, Long Time.
From arriving at the Bar 10 Ranch, to the final float into Lake Powell, it was nothing but fun, awe-inspiring, educational, fantastic activities. I have never been on a vacation that included all those wonderful elements.
Our river guides were so wonderful, laid back, knowledgeable about the history of everything 'Grand Canyon' and 'Colorado River'. They fed us like kings and queens, guided us up hills to see spectacular sites, told jokes, and Chapstick even sang sometimes, mostly to himself, but it was still fun.
I cannot even begin to describe how awesome it was to stare at the sky at night and see the whole universe. It was the first time I had actually seen, full force, the Milky Way, and the Big Dipper. I was mesmerized. Going to sleep to the rush of the river, or the quiet slosh of the river, cannot be more perfect.
I would do it again in a heartbeat. This is a must do on your bucket list.
