My second trip with Western River Expeditions and I find myself bragging you up to my friends. I decided after this trip that this just became an annual event.
Really all a person needs to do is arrive at the airport and everything is taken care of until you get back on the plane. I salute you!
I ate enough in four days to last me two weeks. The best breakfast I have ever had was with you. Going beyond the call of duty! I spent part of my honeymoon on the river with you guys. We thought to ourselves...are we crazy? Well as it unfolded their was another couple in our group that got married on the same day. Wow! Western Rivers without saying a word to us had Champagne and Cake on board. Put us through the ritual on our knees and our group had a lot of fun with us. How will I ever forget the class that was exhibited.
Your guides are very special persons! Always putting the customer first as it should be in America. Concerned that we are happy and always concerned that safety comes first in everything we do. The personal touch of them and kindness will never leave me. The knowledge is extreme and I get the feeling that it is so important on how our day is going as they smoothly take care of everything under the stars. They have always been able to answer any question with the history of the Grand Canyon.
