For excitement, fun and a great time, exceeded all expectations.
When I booked this Cataract Canyon Express trip as part of a 10 day roadtrip, my husband was not entirely happy with the thought of 2 days on a raft and sleeping out on the riverside, preferring a hotel with a suite. However we loved the trip, which was exciting, fun, informative and a great way to spend 2 days. Our guides Shad and Corey could not have been more friendly as well as professional. We had high water and the rapids were amazing and even better than I anticipated.
We had a great hike on day 2 up to a couple of waterfalls. The food was excellent and I was even provided with gluten free bread. The camping that had been a source of concern to my husband became one of the highlights of the trip, sleeping under the stars, (on comfortabe camp beds) was wonderful and even the toilet arrangements were organised well.
I think the whole trip is summed up by the fact that we would both love the opportunity to do it all again.
