Had No Idea!
We had no idea this trip would be this amazing!
Decided to try this trip on a recommendation from a friend. We had never been to this part of the country before. We had no real idea of how it would go, except it looked like a fun experience. WOW! It far exceeded our expectations.
The accommodations at Red Cliffs Lodge were comfortable, the location along the Colorado was beautiful, and the staff was very friendly and ready to please.
The guides on each of our activities (Hummer, Westwater, Canyoneering) were personable and took the time to learn everyone's name and keep each of us actively involved in whatever we were doing. No matter what the activity, we were made to feel like part of a team. Mike (Hummer), Stuart (rafting) and Dustin (canyoneering), all were friendly, knowledgeable, and confident. That confidence radiated throughout each group.
The folks at the Moab Adventure Center were also friendly and helpful. The beauty of the Moab area was inspiring, even overwhelming.
My son and I returned home with a lifetime of memories and lots of jealous friends!
