In One Word, It Was Great!
The Bar 10 Ranch was more rustic than we had envisioned. But, it grew on us. It turned out that sleeping in a covered wagon under a star filled sky was a pleasant experience. The food was good. The staff was courteous and always helpful and eager to please. But, the ATV tour was a disappointment and very overpriced. However, our guide was great. Because of the use of 1 helicopter, we spent an unnecessary amount of time in 100+ heat and should have gotten down to the river much sooner.
We can't say enough about the raft crew, especially Jeff and Ronnie. They all were super, helpful and patient. They helped make the trip one of our most memorable of the many trips we have taken all over the world. It truly was an "expedition". Jeff's coffee was terrible (LOL). But, it certainly was an eye opener. No doubt, we would do it again.
