Surpassed Expectations
From the moment I booked this trip with Western River, I found everything very well organized and the staff professional. The flight into the canyon was smooth, the staff at the Bar 10 Ranch were funny and welcoming, the helicopter pilots were great at their jobs and the whole process was seamless. Our guides for the trip were Joe, Shad, Nick and Stephen. I cannot speak highly enough of these humans. From the second we stepped foot on the banks of the river we were made to feel safe and welcome. They were funny, knowledgeable, and great chefs. Never once did I feel unsafe even though there were many dangers out there. I always felt that those guys could get us through any situation. Their hard work and wonderful personalities were hi-lights of everyone's trip. They made you feel like family. I honestly can't say enough about the guides. The food was great. How they served us such great food on the banks of a river in the middle of nowhere remains a mystery!
Seriously professional and courteous organization from beginning to end. Book a trip with them, don't hesitate, and if staying in Las Vegas, stay at the Marriott. Not sure if you can request guides but I would request these 4 guys. They were seriously the best!!!
