Trip of a Lifetime
I had a wonderful time. Bar 10 Ranch is nice, but more of a kid's adventure. The plane ride to Bar 10 was perfect. The helicopter ride, also perfect. Our river guides were polite, funny and kind. They were very attentive. The trip was very organized. I always felt safe and cared for. The scenery is undescribable. Just awe inspiring, beautiful and always changing. The food was good, not exceptional. The water in the Colorado was muddy due to rain. I was very grateful for the clear water at travertine grotto and the creek where we camped the second nite. Cash - the trip leader - responsible, caring, truly interested in the good of his charges. Gonz - funny, nice, strong, confident, helpful. Shad - kind, always smiling, good at anticipating if people needed extra helpor attn. Nick - funny, informative, good singer - loved the guitar!!!!! I would definitely recommend this trip but would rather have been on the water for 4 days and 3 nites. Making my reservation was totally easy.
