Well Done
The trip exceeded our expectations. The entire communication and organization process from the reservation 8 months ago to the last drop off back at the hotel was first class. It was such a relief and made the trip most enjoyable when your staff and the tour guides had everything thought out.
Our guides were entertaining, very engaging and also very informative of the park's history. You could tell they liked their job and were trained well. The meals were the best. There isn't much more you can do to improve this good thing.
I would highly recommend and encourage this trip. By the end of the trip I/we had 26 more friends.
