What Fun!
It was a great trip! Everything was taken care of. Great guides who were wonderful cooks too! I was amazed at the food--delicious! And waking to the smell of coffee with the sound of the river in the background was wonderful. It was 110, but the river was refreshing!
I loved the rapids and sat up front the entire time as many on my raft didn't want to be wet. Breathtaking scenery. I've visited the Grand Canyon at the North Rim, but seeing it from the river was a memory I'll always treasure.
The time at the Bar 10 Ranch was fun and I was lucky enough to have a covered wagon. The ATV ride was definitely an adventure (terrifying but beautiful). The trip back to Vegas was very long--you definitely knew the party was over.
