Wonderful Experience
The Rogue River Lodge to Lodge trip was great.
I had done a lot of rafting and kayaking previously, but my wife hadn't. I selected the Rogue Lodge trip because the scenery was beautiful and the lodges avoided the camping hassles. My wife and I both enjoyed it. Guides were great. The lodges were a great alternative to camping. If you are a serious river person, you should go with a laid back attitude. Take someone who is new to rafting/kayaking. The rapids are good but not spectacular. Scenery is beautiful. Weather was great. My basis of comparison was a trip on the Main Salmon. Rapids were far more challenging on the Salmon.
