Wonderful Experience!
From start to finish every detail was handled making it a relaxing adventure! Our guides, Joe, Lat, Nickie and Mark were excellent! Funny, knowledgeable, hard working and professional! Couldn't ask for better guides. They even gave me a birthday celebration!
My only issue was the lack of gluten free food. I called your office prior to the trip to discuss my dietary needs. I was assured that there would be gluten free pasta and gluten free pancakes as well as other options. That was not the case. The guides knew I was gluten free and did their best to work around it with what was available. I didn't want them to feel badly so I didn't make a big deal out of it. However, the first night's spaghetti dinner started the trip with huge digestive issues that lasted the next 2 days. I understand that you have a standardized menu but I feel that with the cost of the trip there should have been more options than bagels and bread especially since I was told that on the phone.
