Incredible Rafting Trip!
I cannot adequately describe how wonderful this rafting trip was. It is, hands down, my favorite trip we've ever taken.
The scenery in the Grand Canyon is unbelievable, the food is delicious, the rapids and hikes are a blast, and the guides are beyond wonderful. We had the pleasure of traveling with Mark, Scott, Hyrum, and Kelly. They are all so much fun and extremely knowledgeable. They kept us informed, safe, well fed, and very entertained! I can't express how grateful we were for each of them. Even aside from the guides, the other passengers you meet on these trips are great. They feel like family by the end.
I was very nervous going into this trip because I didn't have a lot of experience with rafting or camping but Western River does a great job in preparing you for the trip and they really do make it as easy as possible. The bathroom situation is uncomfortable at first and the water is cold but don't let that deter you from all the fun and beauty you can experience in the Grand Canyon! It is truly the adventure of a lifetime!
