A Truly Amazing Getaway Experience!

I can't begin to describe how fantastic this rafting trip was. I was ready to get back on the river as soon as the plane landed back in Marble Canyon.

There is so much to talk about and so many amazing things we experienced I am honestly floored by our time in the Grand Canyon.

My mother and I planned this trip and had been looking forward to it for about a year, and even with her first brief descriptions of how it would work I knew it was going to be life-changing. It blew my expectations out of the water. Not only does the company do it's best to give you every possible preparation tip they can, they also give lists of necessary supplies, things for comfort, and things you can bring to enhance your experience.

Once we arrived, our guides were helping us every step of the way while teaching us all about the wonder that is the Grand Canyon. I cannot rave enough about our guides. They are experts in every aspect of the trip from the boats, to being chefs, to making camp comfortable and even in medical expertise. It really is a moving 5 star hotel in the bottom of the canyon. The trip was planned so well with time to relax, explore, socialize and sleep!

I was quite apprehensive about leaving my beloved phone at home and now I wish I could get rid of it forever! I am hoping to plan a trip with Western River again soon and look forward to another amazing experience. Take this trip! You won't regret it!
